@@robovac3557 I think she’s been open about her struggle with mental health, not saying that is an excuse to be toxic, but sometimes social cues are not that easy for people with mental health problems. I also think that people need to be a little more graceful to folks that appear one way, because until you know someone you don’t truly know where they’re coming from.

I never loved the gym nor the commercial yoga studios. But I've done sports, dance, martial arts my whole life, these places I went to don't really care about how we look because the point of the exercise is the sport, or the dance, or the martial art. I hope the world appreciates movement in any way shape or form just because it's natural for us to be moving. Gardening can be your form of movement, I know how many squats I do when tending to my vegetable patch. 😂

Oh gosh! My worst date ever was on the night I found out my dad died. I was 17, and my date had brought me home, and we were finishing the date in my family's living room with a game of chess. The phone rang. I answered, and the lady asked for my mom. I remember overhearing the tone of the call from my mom's end, and saying to my date, "somebody died." My parents had been divorced for years, so I judging from my mother's voice on the phone, I thought it was someone we barely knew. Then she got off the phone and asked my new guy to leave. I thought she was being rude, so I scoffed at the idea. Then it hit me. I saw it on her face. I asked, "It's daddy?" I knew from her face before she even said, "Oh sweetie, I'm so sorry!" My stepdad gently ushered my date out the door, I overheard him quickly explain "her father just died." Later he told me he stood there for like 15 minutes listening to me scream and cry, unsure what to do. He was such a nice guy, but he never asked me for a 2nd date. Poor thing! I can't even imagine his side of the story. Worst. Date. Ever.

A man should not have to handle you like he is "buck breaking". It is up to you to train and tame yourself from bad behavior and habits. Wither you want a relationship or you don't. Being toxic is not appealing to normal people. It is not that people do not know how to act towards someone, they just make a choice to not act proper.
