Recently I was in delhi....and got chance to eat radhe shyam....taste was simply amazing....only problem i faced is difficulty in finding the outlet
Sita Ram Diwan Chand are the best. The way they prepare their chole and Bhature and the spices they add is mind blowing. They are maintaining the taste and quality from so many years. Bhature is not that oily and very soft. One of the best place to go and eat.

I really like your videos but just a correction. You are saying that sitaram bhaturas are cooked on tawa and are therefore light. However, in my knowledge they are precooked (deep fryed) in proper oil and reheated on tawa. You should also try Sharma ji ka chole bhature or afeem wale chole bhature in shahdra

Well shahji's is from Delhi only.. their tagline itself is Delhi ki shaan, Pune ki jaan.
Sir aapne kafi cheezein ulti pulti bol di. Sitaram ke bhature is their weak point. Nothing can replace the pleasure of having piping hot bhatoora straight out of kadhai. Infact last few times I have just got the chole from Sitaram and didn’t bother about the bhatoore. Paas hi Gole Market mein odeon sweets wale chole bhature hain. Must try. They have shifted to an inner location in one of the lanes but if you go to odeon chemist, they should be able to guide you.
Sita Ram' bhature are not technically bhature, its called Luchi, famous old trend of punjab. But not so now a days.

I took rickshaw from gole market, new delhi near Birla Mandir and told him to take me Radhe Shyam chole bhature shop but he took me to Sita Ram chole bhature shop. He heard me wrong. Then i took that same auto rickshaw to Radhe Shyam Chole Bhature. I ask him to pack two plate chole bhature and then gave rickshaw wala 90 rs after coming back in same rickshaw. There was too much rush. Chole bhature were great. Will taste Sita Ram chole bhature too soon. Thanks for telling. First time ate Radhe Shyam chole bhature today after seeing your this video. Regards
