      @@Florida4KchannelI like Ft. Myers too even though everyone is always talking about crime and guns which is really everywhere in the us whenever cities get big enough. Moved into Punta Gorda myself just a few days ago because I've always loved the small town coastal feel to it.

    honestly if youre looking for a place to live in florida, pick punta gorda and go visit Fishermans. I did not like the idea of Florida at first, but this place feels very homey. Not to mention the locals are very kind(most of them) and the schools are amazing to. Love it here and happy we choose Punta Gorda, there is so much to do down here :).

    Went to Englewood beach this weekend. We did Bowman but still had redtide smell.
