  • In the next project, I will make a powerful inverter using 2 pulse transformers, which convert 12V battery to 310VDC with a capacity of 1000VA. This is step 1 in my project. step 2 i will convert 310V into 220VAC using H. bridge i will use 4 mosfet IRF460. Can optionally frequency 50HZ or 60HZ. choose sine waves or square waves.

    Hello, I made this inverter and it works, the bad thing is that the mosfets get too hot and even with a good heat sink they always get customers that can be done to solve this problem

      This gay is Chinese he cant answer your question because he cant reply in English to fix your issues the mosfet get hot because the frequency need to match the wattage need if you using 32 35 60 or 100khz to get 100 watt that will work just fine but if you need more wattage use a trimpot to adjust the frequency to the wattage till the mosfet stop getting hot or use EE 42 or EE55/5/5 ferrite core transformer to get the power you need but just remember the frequency is the key to getting max wattage at the right temperature if the frequency is too low the wattage will cause more heat to be higher because the load is dropping the magnetic flux and frequency at the same time causing the mosfets to loss conductivity in the transformer and then starting to short circuit in each duty cycle so for use 250 kHz to 500khz for 1 to 2 kw of power

    Bro I maked this transformer but it's consuming 1amp without load where is the problem I reminded the transformer with 4-0-4 turns should I change the winding please help me

      Try to use wire with larger diameter, larger cross-sectional area wire means less resistance !

    I don’t understand about your winding direction, at the 3+3turns winding you wound it in clockwise direction but at 45turns winding you wound it in anti-clockwise. Why is it so?

    I have e question... When I rewound my transformer.... about 80 turns...I am getting very high voltage....above 1000v and it destroyed my output rectification diodes and my led bulb....why is that so..

      maybe, but very low performance. about 50%. eg 100W 12V battery power. You will get 50W from 220V.

      It protects reverse battery. If you connect + battery with - circuit, - battery with + circuit. circuit not working, not burning.

      @@PhdHung Thank you sir for your reply just one more question as this inverter is rated at 1000VA therefore (1000/12=83) approximately 83Amp will pass through this mosfet when inverter is operating at its max power, is this single mosfet is sufficient to handle this much of power.

    Hola amigo muy buenos tus proyectos, estoy analizando como funciona el 1000 VA inverter uses 2 transformes y no puedo entender como funciona el IRF3205 donde va puesta el negativo de la batería, se que es para protección contra la inversión de polaridad de polaridad. ¿como se une Drain con el source para empezar a funcionar el inversor. Por favor una breve explicación.

      bo đó anh làm lâu rồi, anh gỡ ở board cũ ra. em tải file ở mô tả video nhé, có file mạch PWM nhỏ đó ở trong đấy.

      No inverter. This is transformer CC-to-CC.
      INVERTER IS CC-to-CA, ori CA-to-CC.
