Thanks for the review I just purchased the 42 Revere. I’m trying to find info on the adjustment slide plate and how to use it too adjust the top as the door has alittle play when shut. The manual doesn’t really explain how to use it. I’m very happy with this purchase.
Know how to store your guns. I've got 43 guns in my exact safe and I still have room for more. On my top shelf to the right side I have a little desk organizer shelf that I keep my watches and some ammo on with magnetic hooks for my keys with half of the shelf on the left still open for other stuff. I have pistol hangers along that top shelf as well. Door pockets are full of titles and other important papers along with pistols in the pistol pockets. 5 of my rifles have scopes, one scope is massive, lol. Now, I did remove the side shelves that had my ammo on them and I put all my ammo (besides one box of ammo for each caliber of gun I have in the safe, that I keep on that upper shelf) in an American Security 12 gun safe I got from an estate sale. I'm really happy with the Liberty and I don't care about the crap that's been going on with the code scandal and all that. If someone wants in your safe bad enough, they'll find a way to get in. Especially the government.
Have you look at the seam on back its not welded, the seams on door corners are not welded. I seen your door is the same, insulation is not interlocking, check online for this is a big issue, without the seams welded it is not fire resistant or pry proof, the rear seam is a main selling feature for liberty now i wish I would have bought a cannon, neither company will respond to my messages, good luck, would have been a great safe,
You can buy this is manual dial as well. Also, you can buy a longer warranty for electronic lock that includes a locksmith if worried about UL listed electronic lock.
Why do you think this is a good safe? They post your safes combination on the internet for any law enforcement to get for any reason. . Why would they keep the combination? If it is changed by a locksmith, the locksmith has to get permission from Liberty Safe first AND provide Liberty Safe with the new combination.
What kind of fasteners/adhesive did you use for the light strip? I can't seem to get mine to stick to the felt lining of the safe. Any advise is appreciated!
Back when I used to do home invasions I used to just call Liberty Safe and tell them I was Agent Ben Dover with the FBI and they'd just give me the combination. When I figured out I could just collect money from Liberty Safe by calling them and telling them I was soliciting donations for an anti-gun group I stopped doing home invasions. I even called from the same number. One of them got suspicious because Ben Dover showed up in his contacts and he recognized the name. I had to tell him I retired from the FBI and now work at disarming dangerous law abiding citizens. He made a nice donation to my Corvette fund.
Height to the bottom of the top shelf is 45 5/8 inches. Longest gun I fit in the rear row is 48 3/4 inches long. Longest guns I have in the safe are 50 and 50 1/2 inches. I keep those in front along the side of the safe. The door lock plates don't touch them at all but I have a lot of papers in the lower door pockets that sometimes touch the rifles if I don't have the butts kicked in enough by accident. Total inner safe height is 56 inches.
If you REALLY need to, you could easily pull off the stapled on black trim on the upper shelf and peel the carpet stuff back and cut a notch (or more) up there and just staple the trim back on and have a little taller spot, but the rifle will still need to be turned sideways. The notch would just bring the barrel in a little more. I may have to do this when I pick up my Sharp's 1874 Hartford in May, but maybe I'll luck out and get it to fit in the back?
@@kisauerawesome this is what I was looking for… was wanting to add a small outlet extension for a humidifier and light. Likely will have this in the garage so worried about humidity.
Best.thing the owners can do to save the co. and it's employees from losing their jobs. Is sell the company to owners who are patriots. Who will not passion the combinations to the gov.
It was to assist with the arrest of who appears to be a domestic terrorist. A warrant was involved. I personally don't like terrorists, so good for Liberty Safe.

Are you equating safe quality and company policies? The safes are great. Their policy of giving your code to the feds is a problem. But anyone who buys their safe should know when you register it they have a master code. Thats how you get back into your safe if your locked out. They also just updated their company policy. They messed up not waiting for a subpoena.
The codes on the internet is false. They gave the codes to the FBI due to a warrant. Yes they should of waited for a subpoena but the feds would of drilled the safe.
SICK setup! Thanks for sharing
Same safe I bought before liberty gave out the backup codes. It’s definitely the best bang and security you will find for the buck paid 799 for mine

so the safe comes witha code? There is no way to enter your own code?
Great video! I agree that Liberty is the best buy. I just bought me second one.
Still feel this way? 😂

How long does the battery last?
You know what drive me crazy? When a safe is advertised to hold 30 guns and it’s only 15. Should be false advertising

thumb/tack pins.

😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂!
Bla bla bla what ever
Can you post a link to that motion sensor? Great video.
posted in link.
Can you share what the height is up to the bottom side of the top shelf? Aka what is the longest long gun you can fit in the back?

Looking at that amazon light, it has a wall plug in. Does this safe have an outlet or a power strip inside?
the back of the Sade has a small round plastic plug you can remove to run a cable.

Is there a backup key in the event the combo doesn’t work
Nope
No. The future is now. No keys needed. You can get a back up code from the company if you need it.
do the feds get the code tho
The feds have the code for any electronic safe. All companies that make safes with e-locks have a code to unlock your safe.
Best.thing the owners can do to save the co. and it's employees from losing their jobs. Is sell the company to owners who are patriots. Who will not passion the combinations to the gov.
14 guage? Check it again. Its 14
Huh?
Liberty gun safe gave the gov the combinations for safes they sold. I'd never ever spend five cents with them....
Try doing a little research kid.

They gave the combo to the FBI due to a search warrant. All companies have a backup combo for you elocks

Liberty assisted with the arrest of a domestic terrorist.

No key lol Smdh
