God damn, I miss Sunday Night Safran
absolutely loved his music jamboree,
I liked him better on that 70s show...
@@manologonzalez5220 because with his hair now he looks like the guy did those things to those women?
Words don't merely describe reality; they can, and do, manifest it.
Safran is one of my favourite people ever
Good to see John Safran again!
The only way to understand "the power of words" is in the context of Argot, without which, any reference to language is completely devoid of anything remotely close to [ useful ].
Argot is defined by Victor Hugo as the "language of missery" which, understanding the importance of language and communication for absolute and precise scientific meaning I expanded to, "the language of acquisition as opposed to the language of exploration and curiosity. In the context of the latter, there is no problem with words.
The man's rambling monologue on Jews was fascinating.
Why does the intro graphic look like a shower head?
What happened to the Watchtower exposé? Did it get a copyright strike or something?
can we fire hamish? Virginia can acutally debate, instead of using logic fallacy after fallacy
did they really just have Yanis on to talk about vaping?
No more vaping scare from government. In 2019 fort detrick locals have respiratory vaping illness, not found anywhere else in america, nor the world. As if vaping care about race?
Why is diversity only an issue in Western countries 🧐
It's not.
@@davidnorris166 well “diversity quotas” are not an issue in China, South Korea or Japan
Power in words is given by the listener...or not.
Its given power by the emotion. Be it listener or otherwise
@@mrgray5576 one still has the personal choice to grant emotion to words. If you choose not to employ it, the word has no emotional power.or value. Words don't have feelings, and people make the choice as to assignment of value to them, and definition of them. Hence, the age old platitude, stated on the nations playgrounds for eons, " Sticks and stones may break my bones, but names will never hurt me" Pat
Most of this was cringe winge from the minge. What ever happened to the ABC?
Its just gone to shite down a drain pipe.
LNP keep cutting their budget. Sometimes you get what you pay for but it could be worse. At least it's not Sky "news"
@@17th_Street_Preacher because of that reason exactly. They're so focused on generating views from being controversial and entertaining that instead of delivering the news they have become a mouth piece for fringe beliefs and right wing propaganda. Don't get me wrong all media outlets have their biases but their standpoint is actually endangering peoples health and THAT'S why they have been removed from CZcams.
