- Emmanuel "Manny" Rodriguez scored a victory in bizarre fashion against Gary Antonio Russell on the undercard of the Deontay Wilder vs. Robert Helenius pay-per-view at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York on October 15, 2022. After an unusual head-butt between the two fighters, the fight was stopped after nine rounds and sent to the score card with a technical decision. Ultimately, Rodriguez won by unanimous decision, bringing his new record to 21-2.

The fight should of been stopped in the 8th after wobbling back to his corner
I've seen a boxing match where a guy got punched in the stomach and then puked all over his opponent and the ref and then lost the fight. That was pretty strange. You don't see that happen everyday.
