BabyMetal are already making good use of Momo’s dirty vocals. I believe if you take a second and focused listen at the versions of Ratatata and BxMxC you have reacted to recently you may find some interesting growls.

Oh, they know it in the meantime, when they worked together with Electric Callboy, they made sure that Babymetal learned it. To be precise they relaxed her growling to Momokos Fangs.
Momobanger was what I went to Japan to see at Legend MM and they absolutely delivered. The whole show was a banger, but this was the high point of the whole event. I don't think any of us were prepared for the contrast between Momo's growls and her kawaii singing voice. It was quite a surprise.
The video you're watching is a compilation that used video from the Wowow stream showing of Legend MM, mixed in with a bunch of video of old concerts to avoid the wrath of the content ID system. The result isn't the best, but it was all that was available for a while.
They talked in a recent interview about Momo's growls. They called it her "fangs" and said that Momo's growls would be their "new weapon", so I think we're going to see more of it in upcoming songs. Unless Momo is super confident in her growls and feels able to do it freely, I think they will use it sparingly, just as a little feature here and there.
You actually DID pick up on something without realizing it. If you look VERY closely, with every generation of new costumes, there are, and have been, very subtle differences between Su's outfit and Moa/Momo/Yui's outfits. Also the Avengers, again, had slightly different outfits from Su or Moa too. It never ceases to amaze me the attention to detail these people put into EVERYTHING.

I usually do not mind compilation videos but this one is horribly done and should be avoided. I like Momo a lot and have right from the start. For me, the growling is an interesting novelty for Babymetal and I'd be fine if she continued doing it but would also be fine if she never does it again. I have never been able to get excited about girls doing growl vocals.

Momo-taro is definitely worth a watch - but I'd hold off a bit in the hope that a non-complation version shows up on "For the Fox God" or "Hymnodic" channels now that the blu-rays are released.

Also, if you watch the full version, Momo doesn’t look nervous, just intense. I’m sure she was feeling a little nervous as it’s her big moment on day 1 of her birthday show, but she’s been on stage with Babymetal since 2019, and been on stage since way longer before.

Actually in an interview, Momo DID state that when she was first announced as being the new member, she was VERY nervous as to how the fans would react. To be honest, I kind of thought she looked a little nervous too in the beginning. Just the very beginning though. Look how long it took her to raise the mic into the air. For quite a while she was just holding it at chest height. Once she did her first notes though, she went absolute Momozilla mode and it was awesome.
Sorry to say this but I hate this compilation video. 😩😩😩 It's so unpleasant that they edited it so badly that even when Momo is singing they put Su's image in the video. This compilation is so strange. It ends all admiration for Momo's special show.

Hi from Ireland -- wow you just missed out on the official just released its 100 times more epic, as its not a compilation and you don't have su singing in momos voice, even if you don't post another proper official version, you definitely need to see it for your own sheer entertainment. The beginning is epic and typical awesome stage and production. Love your reactions
So the title says Compilation, and you are like "this is a compilation so it is incorrect" I suggest literacy.

Some of the worlds worst compilation video ever made for Babymetal has been for Momobanger. It's an embarrassment that you are forced to watch such poorly edited trash, It doesn't do Momometal justice at all. So sorry you had to deal with it, as no one has put out a good one, and it's almost as if they are trying to see how bad they can be editing together a compilation. The person who made this version needs to take it down, it's horrible and he should be ashamed of himself.
