Sonic.exe is a creepypasta(which is fiction) of a much deadlier and more gruesome(and also selfaware) Sonic, the entity in mr.hopps playhouse is also fiction but with less powerful abilities only capable when possessing someone, he is able to make deals and he isn't self aware... I can see the power difference
What I mean self aware on sonic.exe is that he is able to communicate with the player in the story, I don't think he is aware he is a creepypasta
