    How have you managed to maintain your no-phone habit? Even without notifications, I often find myself mindlessly scrolling through my phone without even intending to.

      when I wake up, I get out of bed immediately without checking my phone, because I used to wake up and go on my phone while still in bed. Whenever I am studying or working I put my phone far away (in another room is even better) and I also try to do other things in my breaks instead of going on my phone, for instance going for a walk, getting some water, stretching. I think generally, finding other activities that are relaxing really helps not go on your phone that often :)

      I know that what I’m about to say is quite controversial. For context. I have multiple chronic illnesses & can’t just hop out of bed. And I spend a lot of time stuck to the sofa/in bed. So my approach is based on accommodating my needs. I use my old iPhone as an iPod. There’s no games, CZcams, email, social media, texting, ect. All that I have on it is…Bible, Kindle, PodCasts, Pandora, Weather, journaling, & a couple of my devotional apps. It’s actually helped tons. I can still access low tech, helpful things. But without all of the notifications & useless distractions. My iPhone is set up in a very similar manner, except it has all of my Health apps, too. No games. No shopping apps. My iPad is where all of my fun stuff is. I don’t have social media at all. My Watch has also been a huge help, too because I can know about things I need to know about, when I need to know. Without even picking up my phone. When I grab my iPod, I always grab my analog journal, too. I don’t HAVE to use my journal. I just have to see it. Now. Here’s the kicker. With time. I naturally crave my analog journal & a cup of tea over my iPod. As even more time goes by, I crave my phone or any other screen less & less. I had a flare up with my health recently & backslid a LOT. But it’s ok. I can & will always try again. Imho. The most important thing is to be kind & gracious with yourself. You didn’t get addicted to tech over night, it’s silly to demand of yourself that you will be cured of it overnight. Much love! You got this! 😊

    What do u think about my habits when I wake up, and get out of bed without checking my phone.
    Doing exercise every day. But I mean I don't know how to manage my time effectively. I need some advice
