Thanks, John! Sorry I'm really behind on my comment replies, but I'm glad you enjoyed the video. We do a live class every Tuesday at 7pm (PST) if you ever want to join. We can't do metal (CZcams would pull it for copyright violation) but we do have live music coming from a pretty awesome baritone electric, run through a bunch of effects.

I don't know why it took me so long to look up Metal yoga but I'm glad I did. I've always told people that metal can be used therapeutically and this just proves it.
