This emotionally engaging documentary of Enoch Olinga, Hand of the Cause of God, from Uganda describes his spiritual transformation and love for Baha’ullah. For those who had the bounty to be in his presence, their lives would never be the same. Throughout his world travels, Mr. Olinga demonstrated radiant joy, true happiness, complete certitude, and consummate nobility. The brutal deaths of Mr. Olinga and family deeply saddened everyone. And yet, the world is indeed a brighter place because of his sweet and humbling presence. Future generations will experience a glimpse of how an early believer from humble beginnings arose to the highest station of servitude in God’s Revelation for this Day.

Part 1, Rebirth: Recounts his first ten years as a Baha’i, his pilgrimage to the Holy Land and concludes with his opening address to the first Baha’i World Congress, London, U.K. in 1963.
“A labor of love”, this documentary was produced by Joyce Olinga in 2000, who gratefully acknowledges the encouragement of the Universal House of Justice-who designated Enoch Olinga, “the most preeminent member of the Baha’i Faith on the African Continent ”, as well as the guidance of the National Spiritual Assemblies of Uganda and the United States, and distinguished Baha’is, including the Olinga family.
