    Ingredients
    Pork: 800 gm.
    Pig blood: 200 ml.
    Chilli powder: 1 tablespoon
    Tomato: 2 nos.
    Green chilli: 20 nos.
    Salt: 1 ½ tablespoons /add as per taste
    Ginger: 2 inches
    Cloves of garlic: 10 nos.
    Sichuan pepper: 1 tablespoon
    Water: 600 ml of hot water/ add as per your constancy

    We usually put the blood from the start else it'll smell raw blood. And I prefer adding bamboo shoot water as it goes along better with pork than the tomatoes..😊

    Everything is perfect but we add blood in start otherwise it won't cook well. Never mind 🙏anyway enjoy watching ❤

    We usually add the blood from the start so that the dish doesn't smell raw blood, and stir it painstakingly, adds garlic and ginger in the end. Bit different in cooking but honestly it looks delicious 👍

    According to my experience adding blood at first cause lots of clumbings . Thats y i prefer adding it later at the end provided it is cooked well enuf ❤️❤️❤️..

    Looks so delicious. We do have almost same dish in the Philippines and we called it Dinuguan.
