  • Project Prioritization Matrix is a tool for weighting many different projects against many different customer or stakeholder criteria. Using a ranking system from 1-10, you can generate a more objective priority for which projects to work on first.
    In this video, I walk you through an example of a Climate Change Reduction Plan with many project ideas, and how you could evaluate the top projects based on criteria from many stakeholders within the local community.
