Speedy was fighting for his life. Vince is hilarious 😂😂
I came here because I saw a clip of this interview on Tiktok a couple days ago….
And I immediately knew Speedy was going to have his hands full with Vince because he doesn’t think or act like a lot of young rappers.
And it was an awkward but delightful conversation.
😂fr vince got him confessing
Vince is really rarified air
Vince just hates on everything, really not a fan of his art of personality.
Vince’s brutal honesty and deadpan delivery is an elite combination. He’s really spitting facts but he’ll make you laugh at the same time
He not tryna be funny either
He’s the crip Dave Chappelle fr
Ikr some ppl are just missing he’s giving out perspective and life lessons
*"If your homie say 'Aye man I'm hungry,' you can't hand that n***a a Grammy so"*
Realest statement of the millennium goes to Vince Staples.
Looks good on your resume.
On the other hand if you win a Grammy - you are gonna get paid and people gonna know your name. Vince is super humble I respect that
Vince has some of the best interviews & never lacking while being dead serious
Seriously 😅
His hot ones I had to go and watch back after this one lol
Serious asf 🤣
Yes! YES!!!
This a instant like. Vince is the greatest interview. Never disappoints. Netflix need to quit playing and cut the man a check so we can get the Vince Staples Show.
That’s enough from you. Thx
That little mini series he did with those music videos were fire. It was kinda like Atlanta with some surreal comedy
Either Netflix or Viceland
I'm right with ya
@@OutingsWithBain vice would be dope
his self awareness is astounding, RPBMH is a dope project, give this man his flowers.
Shut up
He doesn’t want them lol
Nah fr
@@djwon6286 also true 😅
he wouldn’t accept them😭
you can tell vince genuinely doesn't care about fame or anything he just loves the fact he's in position to just live comfortably with his family
Facts and i admire that about em
The best part of new Vince Staples music is getting blessed with new Vince Staples interviews
The best part of new Vince Staples music is getting blessed with new Vince Staples music
Factssss every time a Vince project drop, I’m like bring on the press run *birdman handrub*
😭
Vince ate this young man's questions up and threw them right back at him. I don't know if he's ever encountered someone who thinks and speaks for himself totally. Vince always keep it a buck!
He was not ready for this interview.
I think you're unfamiliar with Speedy's resume
@@ryanshepard8625 I meant him not laughing. I wouldn’t be able to lol
He’s not supposed to laugh if he can keep his composure it’s dry humor that Vince is kicking anyways
@@leoansa536 he killed him on the questions. This was one of the more enjoyable watches.
Vince has got to be one of the toughest interviews. Dude is super genuine, but if he ain't with it he ain't going there.
19:54 anyone who watches enough vince interviews knows how much he ask corey for confirmation 😭 we need someone to make compilation of all of em fr
This man's personality is so refreshing. I love how true he is to himself and how comfortable he is with having the "weird" opinion.
I feel like his blunt humour is taking the interviewer completely off guard. I absolutely love everything about this interview.
“My idea of Christmas is me being at home by myself and nobody call” That’s FACTS😭😭 every Christmas I drop off my gifts to family members and get home QUICK to binge watch Harry Potter Movies
Dope
Heavy on the Harry Potter binge
Big facts😂😂😂 I fw Xmas like that. I’d rather eat & sleep all day
Bruh. That's me af. I be at home warm minding my own business if no one bugs me. If I'm really in the bag, I'll open a book or play some instruments and maybe write.
Everything this man said is the absolute truth. Finally somebody speaks how they truly feel instead of what they think everyone else wants to hear.
Finally? Where have you been? He and specifically been speaking like this for like a decade or more.
@@biglex42 that may be true, but I've never heard of him before this video dropped.
His breakdowns of all the questions is so down to earth!!
“ I am not puff daddy we ain’t throwing no parties “ that is a mood lol
Came back to this comment after the Diddy allegations
"get you a box combo, you get like a little piece of a verse"
😂😂😂 Vince is a marketing genius
Speedy was really going through it in this interview, Vince kept him on his toes 😂😭
Vince is definitely my favorite person to hear interviews from. This dude did not do his homework though, he wasn’t ready.
“You fell for that? You got it too right? It’s cool they got you bro”🤣💀
I think the world would be a better place with more men like Vince Staples I swear. It would definitely be more peaceful
He a Crip 😂. But I hear you
Not 100% sure but I bet he wouldn’t even like this comment .
i love that we’re getting Vince interviews again, they are always needed 😂 Vince Staples is so underrated, I can listen to this man talk for a week straight
💯💯
Vince is a G and every interview he doesn’t forget to mention Tezzo is on the tour 🔥
This!
Yeah that’s rude of speedy like you Kno teezo is on the your especially if you went to a confert
@@ronman5438 word but it’s 3 -4 interviews they don’t give Tezzo that small look but Vince understand that quick name mention helps grow a persons name Vince a solid guy
Vince 2 for 2 with these last albums. Can play them from start to finish! His self-awareness is where I aim to be.
Be respectful, FM!! Is fire too.
The last three tbh
“You have a good heart” 😂😂😂 I love Vince
“That’s cool bro don’t worry about it” 😂😂 bro Vince need his own show or podcast he’s straight comedy
Vince made this man rethink his whole life lol
LOL he really did tho
His views on the expression “the rap game” just changed my life
Vince is such a level 10 cynic, but in the funniest way possible 😂
Vince: it’s still about you being happy.
Speedy: it’s more about… 🤔maybe it maybe it is.
Vince: it’s cool bro don’t worry about it.
Dialogue had me dying 😂😂
Funny thing about his feelings about opening for Tyler is I actually sought that concert out FOR him.
same!!! i went mainly for him
Yeah but he dont wanna outshine the people that put him on in a sense. I feel him.
It’s so reassuring to hear someone else be open about not “living and breathing” one particular artistic medium or niche. I’ve felt like I’m “all over the place” since I can remember and not particularly attached to one thing and I’ve always perceived that as a flaw, that I’m supposed to buckle down and master one (or a couple) of skills that are going to lead me to some higher purpose. Maybe it’s okay to just explore and be…
using different mediums is cool cause you can see the overlying similarities in the different creative processes
@@realonereal1 very true! Never thought about it like that :)
Word.. all of our higher purpose is simply just to live. Not one particular thing.
It’s more than okay to explore different mediums and ways to do art forms you’re interested in. Me personally, i “live and breathe” hip hop, it’s my core and will always be my center. But making other forms of music and writing about other things is really cathartic.
mhm! Also, bc you are familiar with the different processes you can integrate the different tools to help execute your ideas. For me, I use CAD which I learned in uni for Engineering to make stuff that I throw into Blender 3D, which I use to make visuals for beats I made in Ableton. Tools and mediums are just a means of executing your ideas and seeing how compatible they are with each other is fun and freeing :) @@realonereal1
“If you’re happy about being on a Sprite can, you don’t need to be on a Sprite can” - VS
13:00 "I can't base my happiness off of things I don't know" Wow, I loved that part. Great guy and great interview! Keep it up :)
Always down to watch a Vince Staples interview. Homie is well spoken and hasn't changed with his success or fame. Real humble/ down to earth dude
Smart man, smart insightful answers. Vince constantly elevated this discussion beyond the level that it was planned to be on.
That puff daddy line hit different now
Vince Staples probably the most genuine artist alive
This man talking real deal spill. His mindset is Golden, Great interview!!
This man has no ego. He speaks what is exactly on his mind.
Awesome interview and person. Loved the album, was a great change from what I been listening to lately
Vince Staples interviews never disappoint lol
Facts
One of the funniest interviews I've ever seen. I'm a complete fan now!!!
Vince is so well spoken and intelligent. And he’s funny af. I love this man!
Vince is 76 - 0 against interviewers
Undefeated.
This is my first time watching a Vince staples interview, and let me just say I am not disappointed at all. This man is not only intelligent but hasn’t let money control him/ his actions. Staying true to himself.
Bro so Humble asf and does to earth. No ego much respect fr fr fr💯💯💯
23:10 “I am not Puff daddy, we not throwin no parties” 😭😭

this man dropping gems all ove the place💎💎
Glad I got to see this interview after listening to his album, ppl need to talk about the music more but other than that great interview 💯 and albums lowkey a classic, haven’t stopped listening yet
Vince is so casual in how he dresses, but still manages to look put together. Really dope shoe/pant combo.
I was thinking the same
Fax. Do you got the ID on the shoes?
@@michaelzambrano810 I saw those shoes on Sonic Adventure 2
@@michaelzambrano810 they are Yeezy boots don’t remember exact color way
@@seandafny sonic wears red shoes
I get what he’s saying. Not feeling yourself, to master that, clears the way of no ego, and I feel more enlightenment.
I cannot wait to see his musical next week because watching him go from this to hype?? Love his interviews
Vince got a lot of sense... Liked his breakdown about rap music 👍🏿
Vince Staples is a one of one and I am so glad he exists in this era
Great interview. Great questions. Great answers.
I absolutely loved this interview. So lovely
Everyone should aspire to be more like Vince. Such a humble, smart, forward thinking man. Respect
The last half is classic Vince -hilarious! Love homie.
Love watching Vince interviews
I feel Vince on not letting people know where u live. As I got older I understood why Tommy from Martin didn’t let people know where he worked too. I get ALL of this!!!!
This album is his best work to date, all I been listening to the past week
Vince is an intelligent man
Good representation for us 🙏🏼
Protect this man at all cost
He blows me away honestly. I hope I get a chance to have some sort of conversation someday. Though if he blows me off I’d understand
Saw him open for Tyler in Denver and I loved his set! Did a great job of hyping up the crowd and being the set up man when he easily could headline a tour with supports of his own. Great interview with beautiful insight and honest observation.
Moral of the story just agree with Vince 😂
He's very convincing.
😭😭
Vince staples is goat. I love being from Long Beach and spending some time growing up in the Ramona park area . Great interview, thank you
Humility is a virtue!!!! God bless Vince fr
We need all someone in our lives like Vince
No everyone needs to become more like him more self awareness n not worried about what the next guy or girl think if they think your way of living is weird oh well it’s billion people in this word that live differently
@Marquel Nowley a friend like Vince will start that level of thinking tho. We gotta start somewhere 🤷🏾
Facts I just heard of bro and i been acting like my whole life , idc bout girls but girls easy but they also don’t like that you tell the truth 24/7 and don’t feed to delusional bs hadda girl tell me she everything she every wanted in a men but hate that I don’t take everything to heart and don’t care for bs plus i have no social media except CZcams so like she and what blew me she said I tell the truth too much like what you want me to lie and manipulate you if sum girls be goofy after she said dat I hadda give da bih boot after a year den got mad cause I wasn’t mad we separated and she was but yea it’s coo but for a relationship it’s might be difficult but again I’m still not gon gaf

Love this album, this one really hit different.
This was a great episode Vince made me a fan
"See we lived a different life" too real
Right he asking a crip why he dont let people know where he live 🤣
Vince commands his own platform 🥂 shout out to Speedy for improvising 🤣 Vince is a great conversationalist
Ion listen to his music but just by listening to him talk bro really wise and humble.. what I’m really trying to be every single day! Respect ✊🏾
“How? it’s soda bro” might be the funniest quote from this interview
One of my two favorite interviewees currently in rap. Vince is literally one of the funniest people alive
is the other one Tyler?
Love Vince man. So raw and uncut💯
Not only his music is entertaining, but his interviews as well. You gotta love his mindset and lifestyle.
Vince is soo human it’s amazing
Every VS interview I be dying he is too real. 👏🏾👏🏾
The host seems like so entertained by Vince. But this dude is serious about the music business and probably been played before by music the business and he’s serious about his life and every move he makes.
His manager Corey got him an excellent deal. He chillin'.
been rewatching this interview a lot, that raisin canes idea is fire and is a must vince staples
this man has a healthy attitude towards life
I love Vince Staples. Dude is so real
Vince is always speaking the truth and dropping knowledge!
This interview is so fire 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥😂😂😂😂
Vince is hilarious and extra chill.
Solid interview
He’s just dope all the way around. This interview solidified that. Humble af. I think that’s what makes him so relatable. RPBMH hands down a record you play from start to finish. No skips. 💙 even more proud to represent the city. East Side all day but always have love for the North.
I just love how real and comfortable vince is being himself. When he talked about not liking gifts, that's me too. It's so true, that's why I don't like them either.
this man’s mind literally unmatched, i have a good feeling he knows a lot of “how things are run “ (and i don’t mean just in music im speaking generally) and doesn’t want togo with it. if you know what i mean
“How? It’s soda bro.” Haha, I love this man’s perspective on things. I’ve always listened to his music, but I never checked out an interview.👍🏽💯
Never heard of Vince staple but after this interview most definitely a fan
One of the Most humble & funniest rappers. Shout to Vince Staple, You are a Staple in the rap industry
This Vince staples interview lives in my head rent free ❤
*this interview is bouta be clipped ALL THE WAY UP 🔥
Glad Vince touched on that opener portion. I saw Vince on his Summertime '06 tour and the two times I've seen him since them has been opening and it really ticked me off because I always wanted to see him more than the headliner.
I love just listening to him talk
