No u are not... as a Russian myself, I could say that most of our community teams, which is very and very sad...
for me i learned to read russian because i always join russian servers, but yeah i realised that too, i always see teamers speak either german, russian, or arabic, and sometimes english.
not all Russian toxics, for example, I'm Russian and that doesn't mean that we are all Russian toxics
