Throughout the course of the story, the Suicide Squad also interacts with other characters, including Diana Prince / Wonder Woman the only member of the Justice League not under Brainiac's control; Rick Flag, an A.R.G.U.S. operative working for Waller; Lex Luthor a megalomaniacal billionaire and Superman's arch-nemesis; and Edward Nigma / The Riddler a supervillain who challenges the Squad with completing various puzzles across the city. Supporting Squad members include Oswald Cobblepot / The Penguin a Gotham City crime lord and weapons dealer who supplies the Squad with anti-metahuman weaponry; Mikron O'Jeneus / Gizmo, a vehicle expert who develops various means of transportation for the Squad; Hack, a technomancer who monitors the Squad's neck bombs and provides them upgrades; Hiro Okamura / The Toyman, a mechanical genius who idolizes the Justice League; and Ivy a reincarnated version of Pamela Isley / Poison Ivy who died during the events of Arkham Knight, with no memories of her past life. Four additional playable Squad members are set to be introduced during the game's post-launch seasons, including the Joker, an alternate reality version of Batman's arch-nemesis who died at the end of Batman: Arkham City (2011)

I thought it would've been cool that when Diana stabs Clark that he snaps out of it recognizes her, and thanks her for doing this while his last breath is him saying he was so sorry, and Diana becomes the de facto leader of the Squad while they finish stopping Brainiac and the rest of the League

Really should've used Diana as the leader and made Batman a bigger threat than supes like it wouldve been more interesting if they took out the largest threat ( supes ) early like they did this in the show Gen V.

Another example of people not understanding that how game balance and how power scaling works. None of the JL are at their best because they aren’t the main characters in this. The squad is. So realistically the story is going to twist and bend for the squad to get the W. In fact there are times where she had to fight at her max just to *barely* survive. If you want to whine about the portrayals, deaths, or gameplay then feel free. I liked this Wonder Woman took a powered up Superman who was “fixed” by brainiac to kill her and she still almost won Superman being my favorite hero I still liked her smaller role in the game
He wasn't "powered up". Mind control has been shown to weaken affected characters in that they are not at full potential.

She didn't want him dead just weakened so he'd listen
People saying she didn’t put up a fight are nuts. Pay attention, Superman had her dead to rights repeatedly and she flipped it around on him repeatedly with her superior combat skills. She just couldn’t match his brute strength and invulnerability. Should she have been killed there at the end? Yeah, no. Kryptonite deep in his chest, he shouldn’t have been able to fire his heat vision let alone hard enough to get through the bracelets of submission. Those things are more invulnerable than he is.

No, sorry, what you're saying doesn't match what has been shown repeatedly in comics. Superman has been shown time and time again to power through kryptonite, though not a peak. And being mind controled, he wasn't at peak anyway.
@@joekent5675 heat vision drains his solar reserves faster than any other power other than the super flare. So him being able to pour it on that hard with a massive shard of kryptonite in his heart is impossible.

We talk about how puny wonder woman is compared to superman and we be talking about how martian manhunter is more powerful than wonder woman in strength but we don't see martian manhunter fighting superman very often as much as wonder woman. Although wonder woman may not be physically stronger than superman, she comes pretty close than any of the justice league members. Wonder woman could have potentially killed superman if she wanted to, but she couldn't because she was also holding back (her compassion is her weakness) and she wasnt neccessarily trying to kill superman, she was trying to find a way to help him for the most part, because superman is her friend, but if she wasn't holding back, the battle couldve gone either way.
Anyway, i know some of yall are gonna reply and tell me how BS my comment is, but anyway, go for it.

My thing about this fight is that we really didn’t see Wonder woman do anything. I mean the sword can cut Superman it has in the past due to magic. Shes also quite possibly the best melee fighter on earth and we didn’t even see in martial arts or nothing. This was not a good showcase of her, in the comics superman might have won in the end but he’d damn near be mutilated in the aftermath.
