I like it! I'll start doing this since i keep almost tearing my ucl.
I loved doing long toss growing up. I think that was why my velocity was on the higher end for my age growing up despite being on the lower end of height and weight. I think it helped a ton with my tennis serve and ability to throw basically any type of ball well.
This is the dopest channel I ever seen to teach people how to throw a baseball. I will have my son watch this thank you ❤
1) j-band warm up
2) TAP weighted ball throws(holds)
3) ^ (throws) weight of balls and throwing reps?
4) baseball and move back at your own pace
5) return to 100 ft for step shuffle fire until fatigue
6) post throwing routine (j-bands, weighted ball throw ups and ball circles)

Blaise Venancio you can do this in season, but only if you know when you are going to pitch. After doing this, I would say you should have at least 1 day rest. But that's just how it is for me. Maybe you need more rest than me or maybe you need no rest at all. It depends on your body.
