you said the reason why i'm not buying figuarts or mafex figures here, they're good, but i don't think they're twice the price better. i'm happy sticking to Black Series for what you get for the price.
The pins are showing in the toe hinge. The previous Rey, the pins were painted. (last jedi version)
If I hadn't heard or read Figuarts with this fig, I could have mistaken it for Hasbro.
That neck line piece is just ghastly...
Not a bad looking figure, but I don't think I will really feel like I've missed out on much skipping it. Thanks for the look at it. I have really been enjoying the return of Star Wars reviews to the channel.
This figure looks fine but I’m happy with my Episode 8 version as it looks much better.
Of the 3 ROS releases I think the SIth Trooper is honestly the best. I think I'm going to stick to Hot Toys for the main characters but I love how articulated they can get the troopers.

That's a much better face scuplt, Daisy seems to have been really hard to nail down from all angles but there is no mistaking this one. Shame about the paint on the accessories tho.
This outfit is VERY different from 7.
Her collar, her hood, her tunic, her pants, theyre all different. The only similarity is the two crosses of fabric across her chest, and even then they are totally different because of how they wrap around the back. Yeah, shes wearing the same double belt, but i figure she just uses the same belt between different outfits like a normal person.
But yeah, she is definitely not wearing remotely the same design as episode 7.

Unfortunately when all your Leia footage is from Episode 7, concessions have to be made :/
Hmm, head sculpt looks good, but overall, yeah, not so hot.
Not as good as the Last Jedi figure IMO.

Allan Kostyk dude. I’m kinda with you. I mean... I got them bc my self control is trash but getting hit over the head with the same three type of figures year after year is exhausting.
@@MythsAndHeroes My self control is usually very bad as well. For this wave . Kylo Ren is bascally the same figure from the last movie. The Rey does not dazzle me at all, if I did go for her I would buy the Hasbro one.
I'd buy the Mandalorian figures when they come out. I'm sure he will come with a baby yoda, but these figures just put a bad memory in my mind of how bad the movies are. If someone gifted it to me I think I would burn it.
Or just Goodwill it. They take anything really
