INGREDIENTS LIST -
Egg 6
Oil
2 Bay leaves
1 spoon Cumin seeds
1 Cinnamon
2 Onions
1 spoon Ginger-garlic paste
2 Tomatoes
1 spoon Coriander leaves
as per taste Salt
Spices
half spoon Kashmiri chili
half a spoon of Turmeric powder
one pinch of Black pepper
one pinch of Cumin powder
4 Cloves
Black cardamoms
Water
Garlic
Asafoetida
Red chili powder
Ginger slices
IN HINDI -
अंडा 6
तेल
2 तेज पत्ते
1 चम्मच जीरा
1 दालचीनी
2 प्याज
1 चम्मच अदरक-लहसुन का पेस्ट
2 टमाटर
1 चम्मच धनिया पत्ती
नमक स्वादानुसार
मसाले
आधा चम्मच कश्मीरी मिर्च
आधा चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर
एक चुटकी काली मिर्च
एक चुटकी जीरा पाउडर
4 लौंग
काली इलायची
पानी
लहसुन
हींग
लाल मिर्च पाउडर
अदरक के टुकड़े
Instructions -
Fry the eggs
Cut the onions finely
Fry the onions until golden brown
Add ginger-garlic paste
Chop the tomatoes
Add salt, chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, Kashmiri chili, black pepper, and cumin powder
Grind cloves and black cardamoms
Fry the spice mixture
Add water
Let it cook
Prepare the tempering with ginger, garlic, asafoetida, and Kashmiri chili powder
Add the tempering to the curry
Taste the curry
Serve with rice

I really hate the convo and narration it really crawls up my skin and make me feel so cringe (just a genuine feedback , No offence with the person), specially of the boy's part it feels so buttery and made up and making it overhyped that the recepie looses its real essences..
but I still watch it due to recepie they are just simple and awesome desi style.. that only makes me through the video,
