Yeah it is true . But I think they wanted to change the graphics with the new console generation . They focused more on gameplay as they added VOLTA football and fut friendlies . This is my opinion ! I am 12 and I do not care what other people says , this is a great fifa in my opinion (I had only fifa 16 which is my favourite of all time , fifa 18 and fifa 20 ) . This is only my opinion!

EA is a joke. They barely change the graphics on Fifa yet they are asking the full price for it.
It's mostly because current gen consoles are weak as hell. They can't really go forward.

@@jali1 I'm absolutely not trying to make excuses for EA. The games you mentioned look amazing when compared to FIFA, i agree, but you also have to remember that both God of War and RDR2 run at 30FPS. That's the big compromise they had to take to look that great. FIFA has to maintain steady 60FPS on consoles that came out in 2013. The next big FIFA upgrade will (hopefully) come when next gen consoles get released.

The issue is partly the devs and partly the consumer for buying it every year. Now it would be unfair today it needs to be a huge graphical update since it is only a year, but the only differences I’ve seen are super minor details

Yeah, it is. And I have a better feeling with the ball in FIFA 19. The only thing what FIFA 20 has made is that they have different colours instead of blue it's a darker blue lel... And the user interface looks a little bit better... And of course u have the team upgrade... So this could be an Update to FIFA 19 and not a Upgrade... Because its really similar...

Buy a soft copy of a game boom download the data on the dics to your computer 7 or more dics boom pirated games but it wont be top notch as the retail 60$ one pirated copy often have alot of bug basically unplayable

Graphics for Fifa 20 have been lowered for standard Ps4 and Xbox one consoles in comparison to Fifa 19. The Grass effects are almost non existent and the crowd detail reduced, along with crowd flags looking more pixelated and blocky.

i am not here to defend or attack EA but you guys have to take in consideration that the consoles itself are limited to a certain amount of power from its CPU/GPU. If these guys actually pumped up and changed the graphics more towards realism, the gameplay wouldnt be 60fps anymore. But i agree, we need an improvement from the shaders department, lighting can only do so much.
So dont make a new one if you will do thr same shit!! Instead sell some dlc for 20 euros with team changes...
