INSTALLATION:
Disciples I
Make sure Disciple.exe doesn't use any compability modes (especially for GOG releases), or just rename it (e.g. Game.exe)
Download archive below
Extract its content into game "\EXE\" folder near main Disciple.exe (e.g., D:\Games\Sacred Lands\EXE\...)
Launch Config.exe from game "\EXE\" folder and make sure DirectDraw option is checked
Launch Disciple.exe
Have fun ;)

it kind of works? before it didn't even launch. Now it doesn't crash as soon as launched but if launched at full screen the the game only appears in the corner and it is very small

When I pick the neutrals in the editor, the game crash. How do I fix it?

press F4

@@Q22430 start config editor. Set 800x600 resolution and refreshrate that equla or less than desktop refreshrate.
Better not use Steam version. Or be ready to more tweaks about steam VPKS archives and game ini files. And to downloading 6 DRM-free exe for Disciples 2+ROTE from somewhere.
GOG version is lack of content - but more "out-of-the-box" worked. Just rename _ddraw.dll file from GOG to use wrapper.
