You should go for chinese non-halal dim sum which definitely taste better ie at Hong Xin dim sum or Ming court dim sum. Do try the famous Brigitte Lin fried chicken at Canning Garden. Apart from bean sprouts, Ipoh is also famous with their pomelo. Have fun & enjoy your trip 😊
