    Sir is fish technique used for serotonin binding receptors...plzz answer??

    • @animatedbiologywitharpan
      @animatedbiologywitharpan  Před 4 lety +2

      FISH is a broad technique used for detecting specific mRNA ..... serotonin bindings receptors ot 5 HTR mRNA can also be detected by FISH. It all depends on what you wanna ask...so expression of 5HT mRNA can be monitored in spatial temporal fashion but the receptor functionality can’t be studied with this technique
