I'm always amazed how close you order concrete on pours like this. With the steps and flairs in the sidewalk it would make it hard for most guys to estimate it. I guess when you have poured as many as you have you get a pretty good feel for what you need to add.

That was a nice touch getting the homeowners reaction to the sealer. You should do it when you can get them to agree to be recorded. Even if off camera and just sound like this one. Adds another dimension to your work. You will always like what you do but hearing others rave is the ultimate compliment to your channel.

Perfect timing - just bought our sprayer today and will coat our concrete today. This turned out great as always!
Totally impressed with your can do attitude. Couple of things help not split the wood. Pre-drill the screw slightly smaller than the threads. Then, hold the trigger down on the impact driver and drive the screw right in!

Watched a pour of a patio color &stamp in Idaho,new it was a mistake from what I learned watching you.They applied color dry,what a mess.Need a "Bigfoot" foot print for Mike's shower hallway in Wva.
Some contractors use multiple colors, 1 in concrete plus others for added look and contrasts, the color powder also acts as a release for the stamp pads.
Our patio looks like " tile ", 1color in truck, another worked in with trowels, other colors sprinkled on before the stamps.....expensive but hobby wanted it, very happy with results.

Looks great. I watch victory outdoor everyday as well. And after watching you two guys I can't stand watching the other people because of the way they do it lol you and Ryan do it really similar except you put more cut marks in. Tom, I have a few questions about the concrete sealer: 1. Does the sealer come in gallon sizes for sealing smaller pads? 2. How many coats are recommended for sealing older concrete slabs for the first time? 3. What do you use to clean your sprayer after using the sealers and colorants?

When you were spraying the stairs, at the bottom you said something about a coal patch, is that asphalt you were talking about ?, also, nice job as always, you have a great crew.
Asphalt is warm when poured, cold patch available at the plant or big box store as mentioned it is used as a "patch"...not hot, but can be tampered and the end it will just like regular asphalt.

Every time that I see one of those textured walkways, I think, how is that to shovel in the winter. Or does using a snowblower damage it? Nonetheless, it looks awesome! 👌
We have a stamped patio and walkway, no problem shoveling in winter....and holding out well, just like regular concrete finish. Btw it's fairly smooth, not as deep is a looks.
