Pipeline welding job is very good I am also a welder from Bangladesh.
Congratulations Mr. Stiles!!
798 only way to go brothers
How about a good rig tour of the welding rig I'll like to see how he has his bottles standing up on the bed thanks 👍 I'll appreciate it if you could
I did make a video of him helping make a welding bed for one of the members...next time he removes his bottles (oxygen) I'll show you...very slick!
What grade of steel is that pipe and what is the ambient temp, below freezing...? Many thanks.
Yeah, they Good
Good dood ,welder proffetionel thanks
Welder from Kazakhstan
I want to apply there you need a worker or welder there. ...?
why do they use those metal plates and goggles rather than regular welding shields do they hold up better to the sparks hitting it? i never saw anything like that before at power plants and industrial sites.
Actually they're not metal...made out of light balsa wood... called pancake welding hoods.... easier to see when welding the pipe ...
They also do not let the sun shine in from the back like a regular welding hood would
Hi man, i am a begginer welder in France and i am impressed ! Why do you use this métal mask welding? Tanks
Yes man, but why not classic plastic automatic mask, Are these made by you?

Every pipeline job I've been on for the last 17 years we finish and move on...that's how it works...we're union...this job lasted a full year for some of us!
I am welding 6g electric pipes, and I will be in America soon. Can I have a contact number and work for you? Thank you
You guys weld downhill? All we do is uphill weldning on pipes. i dont know why that is. Down hill is way easier
@@alejandroruiz3333 well ive welded same size pipes for gas/oil at refineries but in sweden. We use 7018 for root and fill. Only time ive done downhill is on 2mm stainless but only from 12 to 3 oclock then roll the pipe.
Seems like alot of it is just sdtanding around lol
Damn right....we stood all day, except for 15 minutes breaks, lunch, and that's just how we roll!
Not shitting on these guys but Im not sure what the allure is with the pipeline welders. They aren’t the best welders. They do they same weld over and over again. They should actually be better at it than they are. I have more respect for guys welding up leaks on water lines at 2:00am 8-10 feet under ground with a shoring box in the way laying in the mud.
I drove 2 hours south into PA to buy a PipePro 400 from a man I only know as 'Tim'. His welder has 798 stickers all over it,he stopped welding because his heart gave out way too early.
