Na vijf jaar de moed gevat naar dit bijzondere en harmonieuze, indrukwekkende Requiem te luisteren. Ik ben diep onder de indruk van de muziek. Ook de voordrachten, uit brieven en dagboeken, raakten mij diep.
Thank you so very much for sharing this beautiful piece of music. Truely a masterpiece! May the peace of God cover all these that have for so long suffered.

I am deeply touched by this incredibly beautiful music. What a magnificent orchestre and choir, solists and director. The voice of Kristina Bitenc in the Agnus Dei pierced my heart and brought me to tears. A monumental work indeed. May all those beautiful souls that perished by the hands of horror, be in rest.

Why was the Christian requiem used for the victims of a holocaust on primarily Jews? Don't get me wrong, I love the piece and intent, and know the history of the requiem form, but I'm curious as the choice in this context.
