The two had a chat about why Kanae had burn-out with Genshin and why Meso felt that Genshin has improved since then and that Kanae should really check it out again. It was a few days after that collab stream that Kanae started streaming Genshin again. Meso honestly should get most of the credit lol.

That said, TOT's story is really quite interesting though, and I think that's what he's mostly interested in. And yeah, while I can't say for certain that Meso was THE reason Kanae got back into Genshin (who knows, maybe mihoyo poked Nijisanji behind the scenes), but I honestly think he was a big motivator.

@Kuncu because mats are far easier to farm than the amount of mora needed to level 40 characters to lvl 90 and all talents to at least 9. Not to mention dozens of weapon and artifact lvling. Mob mats cost no resin to farm

Then after around a month I saw another vid of Kanae playing genshin, saw Childe and went: ,,I HAVE TO INSTALL THIS GAME, NO QUESTIONS ASKED'' After 2 days of trying to install genshin on my pc, I was too tired of failing and I installed it on my phone. It was Zhongli's first banner by the time I installed it. I was confused af like: ,,WAIT WHERE'S CHILDE- BUT THIS DUDE ISN'T BAD EITHER-'' There were 3 days left until the end of Zhongli's banner and so I didn't get him. I installed genshin on my computer when the 1.2 patch came. I went into dragonspine like: Why am I dying?? Sheer cold what???
