Over more than 10years ago i have been hearing about this city, my question is, "when will this city be completed" or have a structure on it
There are structures there, when Buhari came he asked them to stop work, he got EFCC to investigate just because it was a Goodluck dream, they found nothing before they allowed them return to site
The city is already getting old and they've not built a single building compare to some futuristic cities some countries are proposing to build, i think they need to go back to the drawing board
