    I lost 2 1/2 stone and since my birthday celebrations have been struggling to get back on plan, thank you Cath you have really motivated me, I can always count on you! You are looking amazing! Thank you for sharing all your tips and recipes! 👍🏻

      It is hard isn’t it! You’ve got this!! It just feels better being in pan but it’s hard with cake, pancake day extended birthday celebrations. Enjoy it but you know how to lose it and that’s what’s important xx

    You are so motivating - even though I’ve only got 1.5 stone to loose, what you say about the control element so rang true for me. For years I could eat what I wanted and it never was an issue but over the last few years, it doesn’t work that way any more - menopause has added to that too!! I have a wardrobe full of clothes that are now far too snug for my liking. I don’t like what I see in the mirror and have now started wearing certain clothes to hide the bits I don’t like. Listening to you is exactly how I felt before and how I want to be going forward. Thank you for inspiring me!!
    Ps - I agree, you’d make an exceptional SW consultant!!

    I lost 9 stones calorie counting and am learning how to maintain which I have done for 18 months so far. Maintenance is hard work so I’m always on the lookout for new tips. Thank you for sharing your experiences.

    Can I ask u a question. However hard I try I never seem to lose more than 1lbs a week. I eat loads of fruit and speed food for lunch but hardly any with my tea do u think this could make a difference?? Thanks in advance xx

      I honestly think you need to eat speed with every meal. I tend to have carbs for breakfast and then a salad for lunch and something with rice for dinner. It also depends if you’re doing your body magic. Working out and moving more really helps x
