Hey you missed more 2 1-up mushrooms! 1st is in world 4-6 ! And 2nd is in 6-2 this two levels has 3 1-up mushrooms! Sorry i tell you wrong in first :( .
And in the original NES cartridge there is another one in the 1-4 level, the situation is this one was played I think in the GBA version, some of them change depending the console
