    Beautiful. Miyuki seed beads are very uniform in shape/size and would be perfect for projects where uniformity is important. Thanks for sharing.

      LOL! I am indeed a picky jeweler. One of my goals when I started this channel was to help makers improve the quality of their work. So, I'm very pleased to hear that I've achieved that goal. Thank you for that. 🤗

    It looks like this might be a good project to start wireweaving with. I'm a sead beader wanting to start working with wire as well, so maybe I'll give this project a go. The threading of the bead is done in the same manner with beading thread, so I'm already familiar with that. Let's hope this is a good beginner project. As a detail oriented person myself, I really appreciate your methodic, step-by-step instructions. Thanks so much!

      Hi, @luckysuzful This is a perfect project to start with. I started out my own jewelry-making journey (decades ago) as a bead weaver, so I naturally adapted a lot of those same techniques to wirework. And I still love seed beads, so I frequently integrate them into my wirework as well. All of that to say that I think you'll find that beading and wirework techniques blend really well together. Enjoy!

    if you are having trouble making this ear wire could you put a jump ring on the loops and add and add an ear wire to that?

    • @Door44Studios
      @Door44Studios  Před 2 lety

      Absolutely! That will look just as beautiful and it is an easy substitute for the handmade ear wire.

    Beautiful. I've made some a bit like this but not as detailed. I will try these. What kind of pliers do you use? I need some with the thinner tips like yours.

      Hi, Michelle. I use Swanstrom pliers, which I bought from Rio Grande (not sponsored). You can browse their selection of Swanstrom pliers here: www.riogrande.com/landing/swanstrom
