The aria is transposed down a whole step as well as having the middle portion cut out. Aside from that Gobbi brings the scene his special artistry to bear on this otherwise truncated rendition.

The aria is transposed I think but for good reason in Gobbi’s case. He is able to make more of it musically in any case.
