Face wash can be used both morning and evening. Use scrub and mask at night as your skin will get time to heal and will be away from dust and dirt for sometime which will help the products to work better.
Use a moisturiser according to your skin type.
Use a waterproof gel based sunscreen if you sweat a lot.

Ubtan face scrub of mamaearth. My travel time is mostly in afternoon n my skin gets damaged a lot. I do use sunscreen but many a times I forget. So fr my skin treatment I apply this scrub once a week.

Yes, it can be used by 17 year old...avoid using excess scrub. As the skin of a 17 year old doesn't need much scrubbing.
