Southern Arizona is known for its dark skies and mountaintop observatories allowing amateur stargazers and professional astronomers alike, to set their eyes on planets and galaxies millions of miles away - we went to Mount Lemmon observatory to see for ourselves.

Thanks for putting together this short, on the Mt. Lemmon SkyCenter & the staff, that makes it possible for the rest of us, to take part in, the study of the celestial skies! I've lived in Tucson, my entire life now, going on 37yrs...and I have not taken advantage of this amazing facility, that is literally in my backyard...literally! I live just on the other side of the Catalinas, almostttt in an exact straight line from the observatory! I'm going soon, hopefully before election day!
