So my question is this, what is the significance of a part of a city being unincorporated? What are the socioeconomic implications? How does it affect policing, schools, crime statistics, so on and so forth. Some clarification on the matter would be greatly appreciated. The Blood identity goes back to 1973. I could be wrong, but, by 1976, cats were already calling themselves "blood." The name was adopted in prison in 1973. That's one version, again, I could be wrong. The other version is, there was a meeting between the Blackstones (now the Black P Stones) and several other groups at a high school in the area, and they all swore allegiance with each other to fight the Crips. The Brims, Piru's and a few others were involved. That's another version. I don't want to shit on Alex Alonso, or, Kev Mac's work, but, that is another story I was told.
