杉山清貴さんがこの曲よりサングラスを着用するのは､ライブの前に痛飲して顔が腫れたのを隠す為に着用したらファンに好評だったのでやるようになりました。

would you say this is dubbed? I think the instruments are but kiyotaka isn't

I reckon it’s possible, the instrumentals sound quite similar to the studio version, if so they’re pretty good at acting.
