Straight up raw east coast street shit. Super hyped that I found this. RIP: Keenan, Harold, Mike.
RIP HUF
I’ve watched this video every time before I go skate since it’s came out. Thank you so much as this inspired me as a teen. 25 years young but I was 15 years old watching this on repeat. Big ups from Detroit
Uploaded 12 years ago? Shit I was 13 even younger! All them gelato crosses got the memory hazy

Classic 95 -99 east coast skating. Awesome. Glad to have been a part of the skate scene in those golden Manhattan years.

This is why he's one of Tom Pennys favorites. Style upon style and complete East Coaster
baggy jeans, classic hip-hop and raw skateboarding -- only in the 90s.

@organizedrandomnesss "VHS is the new 8mm", seen that written a few places lately. Everyone's just copying Palace, some better than others but Palace are the originals at bringing back the old style of shit quality tapes. I agree though, it looks better, but only from a, "I first watched skate videos and they were all like this so it gives me a nostalgic kind of feel" point of view.
anybody got any advice on getting a hi8 camera setup that makes footage that looks like this?
I remember lookin at that wall ride spot at the end in person around 96 and bein mystified..
i want to know what camera and lens this was filmed with. this is how i think skating should be filmed.
@BiGHitMAN09 The Black Guy is Harold Hunter better known for his skating...on that note R.I.P Harold, R.I.P Kennan

Damn skate punks. Why weren’t they at home studying? Also why have you got a rap tune over the background? This was 1995 and the peak of Britpop, these kids would have been listening to Supergrass, Ocean Colour Scene, Shed Seven etc
