    Rabri Doodh ek traditional Indian dessert hai jo doodh ko garam karke use mein malai jama karke banaya jata hai. Yeh rich, creamy aur mitha hai aur garama garam serve kiya jata hai. Iska swad kisi bhi meal ke ant mein ya kisi special occasion par enjoy kiya ja sakta hai. Neeche diye gaye instructions ke mutabiq aap ghar par hi delicious Rabri Doodh tayar kar sakte hain:
    Ingredients:
    1 liter full-fat doodh (preferably buffalo milk)
    1/2 cup cheeni (sugar)
    1/2 teaspoon elaichi powder (cardamom powder)
    Kesar (saffron) strands - optional
    2 tablespoons chopped badam (almonds)
    2 tablespoons chopped pista (pistachios)
    1 tablespoon chopped kaju (cashews)
    1 tablespoon kishmish (raisins)
    Instructions:
    Prepare the Milk:
    Ek heavy-bottomed pan mein doodh daal kar medium heat par garam karein aur use boil hone tak pakayein. Dhyan rakhein ki doodh kaatne na paye, isliye halki aanch par pakaayein aur beech beech mein doodh ko chalate rahein.
    Reduce the Milk:
    Jab doodh boil ho jaye aur uska quantity thoda kam ho jaye, tab usmein cheeni aur elaichi powder daal kar mix karein.
    Saffron strands ko doodh mein thoda sa paani mein bhigo kar ek side mein rakh dein. Jab doodh mein cheeni mil jaye to soaked saffron strands ko bhi doodh mein mix karein.
    Cook the Rabri:
    Ab doodh ko dheemi aanch par pakayein aur beech beech mein malai ko doodh ke kinare par se sides par scrape karte rahein aur doodh ko achhe se mix karte rahein.
    Malai jamne tak doodh ko pakayein. Isme thoda sa samay lag sakta hai, lekin dheere dheere malai jamti rahegi.
    Add Dry Fruits:
    Jab malai jam jaye aur doodh thick ho jaye, tab usmein chopped badam, pista, kaju aur kishmish daal kar milayein.
    Serve:
    Rabri Doodh ko thanda hone par refrigerator mein thanda karke serve karein.
    Serving ke time par garnish karein extra chopped dry fruits se aur thoda sa elaichi powder sprinkle karke.
