- Jenny McCarthy and Donnie Wahlberg chat with ET’s Kevin Frazier about the New Kids on the Block singer’s shocking reveal as Cluedle-Doo on ‘The Masked Singer,’ airing on Fox. McCarthy reacts to how she fell to the ground upon seeing her husband onstage. She says, ‘I was shaking for about an hour.’ Wahlberg says his costume helped prevent McCarthy from picking up on his signature dance moves. He jokes that performing on the show was like being a walk-around character at Disneyland. In order to keep his role a secret, Wahlberg even dressed up like his ‘Blue Bloods’ character to pretend he was on set on the police drama when video chatting with McCarthy!

@@D.Bunker the same as above. Your mind is a wonderful thing. If she truly believed him, because he made himself some nice receipts to keep her off his tail then your brain could easily make you think twice. She could have had a fleeting thought, but then shut it down immediately like she said.

I am very familiar with Donnie Wahlberg's voice. I watched that episode, and didn't even notice that he was the "producer". So, my guess is that Jenny wasn't even paying attention to the interviewer and only paid attention to the interviewee. Also, I heard a clip of the Cluedle Doo's voice pitched up. Sounded nothing like Donnie. No accent, nothing.
She thought it was Akon more than once, even I knew who it was from the moment he sang. Jenny, get your act together, girl!
Wow. I didn't know he lost his mom! Sorry to hear this. Prayers for him and his family. Moms can never be replaced by anyone!
She passed away on April 18th of 2021 from Dementia, not sure how old she was.

A few weeks ago when they interviewed the contestants it was Donnie doing the interviews. I recognized his voice. That’s when I knew he was Cluedle Doo. Been a fan of his since they came out. Love him on Blue Bloods and Wahlburgers.
I lost my mom in April 2020, and it breaks my heart seeing how down Donnie was during this interview, but man I'm so glad Jenny is there with him. It must of been extremely tough pushing through those first few weeks in the public eye. My prayers go out to the entire family. 🙏♥️

But I kept saying that was him because of the tone of his voice was the same in the song Summertime then when the head came off I literally screamed with joy. My wish had came true. I love Donnie he's my favorite of the group, my favorite on Blue Bloods and they make me angry when they pick on him so much on there.

My husband came from a very similar background as the Wahlberg kids. Mom and dad were divorced and mom was left with 6 kids to house and feed. They survived on government cheese and popcorn and kool aid. They lived in a one room house and seldom had heat. It breaks my heart to think that people nowadays still have such hardships. Lucky for the Wahlberg kids having the talent and using it to their advantage to get out of poverty. Sorry for the loss of your mom. I lost my mom when she was 56 and still morn her loss. I am a big fan of the family and you are all my favorite.

I've been a fan of your group since you first came out Donnie. I got to meet you and the others 3 times thanks to my sister dating Danny for awhile. I as my sister and others in my family are from Boston and big fans of New Kids On The Block. I remember being in the big crowds back in the early days of New Kids On The Block. It's great to see and hear you again Donnie sing
I am so glad Donnie and Jenny are still having fun and are still Day 1 in love with each other.
They should do this again with a character like Cluedle Doo AND the top 5 were the best it could have gone any direction so tonight is going to be hard. I was shocked Yeti went home but it's all about song choice that night too.
