best plunge is in the morning, but preping with ice takes so much time. I just need a quick 3 minute plunge. I can't find a portable tub where there's a device to leave in the water to cool it overnight.
It seems like they are only available to specific countries. I am in the U.S. and am not able to find it on Amazon at all, searching, reverse image searching, etc. I do see that it is supposedly $180 USD.
