SNAP! I’m 28 now, first time I heard I See Stars was probably Comfortably Confused / Gnars Attacks when I was a young kid. Then New Demons came and they changed my life. So glad they’re back
bro this band is literally the coolest dudes ever. I actually got their logo tattoed after i hung with them in philly on my road trip (vacation) along the east coast in 2019. I am coming from germany and they still knew my name and shit even though i havent seen them since 2013. It was literally one of the coolest nights of my life so i decided to get their "I" tattoed.

I’m so happy to see someone else has their logo tatted on them. I got their logo tatted on my forearm as my second tattoo when I was 19 after I found New Demons. I’m now 24 and it is still one of my all time favorite tattoos. I haven’t had the pleasure of seeing them live, but it is number one on my bucket list.

Your story about I See Stars being your gateway to metalcore, Is exactly the same story I have. I already enjoyed EDM before them, but without them I wouldn’t be into metalcore today, and anything I hear from them I will always appreciate.
What it means to me is the first I see starts song I heard almost 14 years ago! I'm so excited to see them this fall with Bad Omens!
I loved it! Can't wait for the album. Devin and Brent were so sweet when we met them.

I was 11 years old when i first listened to the new demons album when it dropped. Was the coolest shit id ever heard and still blast it 10 years later
I think it’s so funny everyone usually has their “gateway band” or bands hahah I had I’d say a 3 band progression from rock to metal. First was Shinedown (don’t listen much now) second was The Amity Affliction (who remain one of my favs) and then either I Prevail or Beartooth really got me rolling. All to find my true fav band Currents 😅

I've been waiting for ages for them to release new music. I am a bit disappointed in their decision to remove Zach from the band though as I really loved the dynamic between his and Devin's vocals. That said, I've been vibing on this song hardcore for the last few days.
Im sorry , after the excellent treehouse and hiatus, I expect way more. Its a shame as all the unique elements the band had are traded in for typical current trends in the metal scene. There not bad songs AT all btw! Just iss I know are capable of way better.
Once Zach left so much changed sadly. Great music still but not even close to the same level.
