Shouldn't it be as big as possible to remove as much ripple as possible? What exactly is the benefit of lowering the value from 6800uf to 1000uf? Maybe suppressing the popping sound when powering on? With great pleasure, I am happy to help people. The capacitor was changed extra for the popping sound I had, and it's not 1,000uf it's 10,000uf compared to the 6,800uf.
@@edwardnihal248 This model had a problem with the subwoofer volume. you couldn't give it up or stop it for good. Using that resistor solves the problem. Modifying that speaker will power all speakers from a single 3.5 jack If you watch the whole video you will realize.
Nice work! I don't know how to diagnose it! I can only hear it in the center of the subwoofer, I thought it was from the three jacks, but I don't think so!

Hi, sorry for the late reply but I'm very busy these days! Check the input for sound first! Open the front right speaker, the one with all the cables, and check if you get sound on the inputs, You connect the jacks to the PC, start the music and touch the wires coming from the jack with another speaker! There were many cases in which the jack plug was defective! (All 3 more difficult but not everyone checks them individually) If everything is perfect in the front right speaker, you go directly to the subwoofer! You do the same thing here! Check the wires coming from the front right speaker (Only the signal ones :Music:) and with a speaker you can check here as well if everything is functional! There is a case where the VGA plug is damaged and you no longer receive a signal! You can check all the wires with a multimeter! These checks can be done without supplying the system with 230V current! Check directly from the front right speaker to the motherboard inside to the subwoofer, directly on the pins! If everything is good, it is possible to find something burnt inside it, on the amplifier board!!
@@ElektroGamer30 So this is an update on my problem :D I took my speakers to garage and left them there for a few days :D When i finally find some time for them, I go to garage and just before to start dismantling them i thought "maybe i should try them on my PC one more time"...and I did and they worked?!?!?!!!!?? :D I literally changed nothing on my PC, so it wasn't coz of software...what could it be?!? :O :D P.s. But they work :D

I only added the resistor without applying the capacitor and other steps, but I didn't have an SMD resistor on hand, so I added a non-SMD resistor, but the sound was completely gone and there was only humming. Where could I have gone wrong?
Hello, remove the resistance and see if everything returns to normal. Are you sure you connected the resistor in parallel with the one present on the board? If the resistance is 30 OHM, everything must work perfectly! Exactly like in the video!

Olá. Abra o subwoofer e verifique na placa se há algo queimado. De acordo com os sintomas, parece ser algo relacionado à alimentação do TDA, ou mesmo o TDA estar com defeito.

El componente SMD montado es un capacitor que se conectó en paralelo con el ya existente, porque el subwoofer no se podía silenciar por completo cuando girabas su potenciómetro a 0. ¡Después de montar este capacitor SMD, el subwoofer se vuelve completamente silencioso cuando gira el potenciómetro a 0! ¡La conexión de las entradas en el altavoz central se hizo para el funcionamiento de todos los altavoces en un solo canal estéreo!

I don't understand what you mean. If the subwoofer is plugged in, without the right speaker (the one with the volume knob) plugged in, does it make a noise? Or when the system is connected and ready?
@@edwardnihal248 Changing the capacitor does not bring a significant improvement. Along with the other changes, there is an improvement. The purpose of the video is to fix the volume problem with the subwoofer.

Often the function on windows to have 5.1 sound does not work correctly and because of this you can buy a 5.1 to 2.1 adapter! It is a small box with 3 jack and 2 RCA inputs! Connect a 3.5 to RCA jack cable to this adapter, and connect the 3 jacks from the logitech system to this adapter, connect the jack plug from the adapter to the PC to the green plug and that way you will have 5.1 sound! All speakers will work at their best!

Open the front right speaker, the one with all the cables, and check if you get sound on the inputs,
You connect the jacks to the PC, start the music and touch the wires coming from the jack with another speaker!

Can it be 10000uF 35v or it's better 50v and that 300 smd that's a 300 ohm resistor?
50v is better but 35v can also be used.
That smd resistor solves the volume problem which cannot reach 0.
