As a wielder of the poisonous tongue, Skeletor's insults debased you and downright triggered you. If you were unlucky enough to be one of his enemies (or an ally really), you were at the mercy of sheer and inevitable emotional embarrassment.

This is such an effective and powerful roast it amazes me no one has used this more in our current day and age. It's like Skeletor was the ancient master of roasting.

I find it hilarious how many of the insults you throw at Beastman I can and do use on my sibling's dog. But when I get tired of dealing with two dimwitted dogs at my father's house, I often say "You pathetic pair of pitiful pinheads." I do feel bad for you though, seeing as the majority of your minions are incompetent halfwits.

I still can't believe how incredibly low budget the show was combined with the fact that it was made specifically to sell toys. and how, despite the fact it's still awesome
Yes, Filmation was notoriously cheap and well-known for very frequently repeating certain sequences in their cartoons to save money. For the most egregious example of this, see Ghostbusters (no, not the cartoon based on the hit 1984 movie, but the cartoon Filmation based on their short-lived live-action TV show from the 70’s in order to cash in on the unrelated movie’s fame), which featured a completely unnecessary, several-minutes-long sequence in which the characters go through this complex process of machines outfitting them in their ghost busting gear. This scene, much like He-Man and She-Ra’s (shorter) transformation scenes, was in EVERY SINGLE EPISODE and always seemed to last forever.
Don't forget the INCREDIBLE SOUNDTRACK, I'm musician and can tell the soundtrack is impeccable, I never heard something that spectacular for a cartoon or even a movie, that unconsciously makes the show much more attractive without realising it.
People were concerned it was designed to sell evil but in reality it educated children about basic ethics principles and Skeletor taught them how to spare their insults so they would not grow up becoming bullies. He hates bullies and he is obsessed with honesty. He is so obsessed with honesty he lets everyone know what is on his mind all the time. And clearly he is interested in writers and in writing.
