Rtd UPDF officer Brig Gen. Kasirye Ggwanga has warned president Museveni to stop embarrassing drunkard serving security chiefs and minds about his business.
Kasirye told Museveni that army officers are hardly born agains, what they do in their private life is none of his business or else risks causing an administrative crisis if he starts attacking senior army officers that there drunkards and can’t take them serious.
