Personally I recommend the whole family get some night vision goggles, a high powered weapon with a scope and a few hours of practice. Oh also get some signs that say "trespassers will be shot on sight" and a lot of video cameras.

I can say the same for my family. My grandpa owns over 500 acres of land in Mississippi and was passed down for generations. My uncle said Caucasians are trespassing on the land to hunt.
