Kids today might not realize it, but back in the '80's, you couldn't go five feet anywhere in the country without stumbling over welding equipment and random engines just sitting around. The A-Team was pretty realistic in that way 😄

FUN FACT: 1980's TV shows weren't allowed to show people dying. That's why nobody ever dies from gunshots, and in the vehicle crashes they always show the person crawling out from the wrecked car.
No idea which episode, but there was one instance, where they showed a henchman vehicle getting blown off the road, rolling over multiple times without the obligatory "crawling out the wreckage" clip. Instead they just had two random voice lines from the off go:
"You ok?"
"Yeah"

We need another reboot of the series. A commando team with both comedy and drama and the unique 4 characters. The movie was fine, I liked it , but time for another series.

Great show... Funny.... However you ever noticed that only once did anyone ever get shot? Murdock was shot in one show... But nobody else on the team or anyone that they were fighting... Lol.... 80's sensors at work I guess....lol
I believe that they killed one guy in the first episode of the last season or the last episode of the fourth season.
Face got shot in an episode late in the final season, and BA got shot in the first or second season (but we didn't see it happen). A big part of the charm of this show was the fantasy element, though -- lots of action and guns and explosions, but rarely did anyone get seriously hurt. The lack of realism was part of the fun! :)

@@studinthemaking Yes, he jumped in front of a bullet meant for Hannibal. I think that episode is "Curtain Call." The one where Face gets shot has "reservation" in the title, and the one where BA gets shot is "Bad Day at Black Rock" I think.

Even for the A team that boring machine was utterly unrealistic, even worse it supposedly cut through 5 to 6 inches of UNPENATRABLE rock
BA not just blinking but cringing at every shot was embarrassing, yet 1 shot and the very fake missile went kinda pop . The thousands of rounds with not a scratch was terrible, AND YET was entertaining
