I absolutely know that feeling of being overwhelmed by subject matter... now living in a dream farmhouse in the lovely rich countryside of Belgium. I can finally afford any paint and so naturally, I chose Sennelier. I have always dreamed of having these proper, great quality watercolour paints... I guess I have arrived - Retired! My gift to myself (I actually purchased them in Paris). The swatch cards are such a lovely idea, it was time to see colours and hues as they were truly meant to be seen and experienced by these top-of-the-line quality paints. Thank you.
Congratulations on your retirement and on your new paints! It really is a huge difference using top-quality paints, especially if you combine it with 100 % cotton paper! Happy painting!

I am so happy that my video could be useful! This is my favourite way of trying out new watercolours and see what mixes they can do. And it is an easy way of looking back of how to mix a certain colour that you need!

De var väldigt meditativa att göra! Och jo, om inget drastiskt händer innan veckoslutet så skriver vi under hyreskontraktet och får nycklarna nu inkommande fredag, och flyttar in på lördag! Det skall bli så skönt att få bo i hus igen! 😁 Kram!
