Most of us are atleast tri lingual. Specially ones whose mother tongue is not hindi.
By the age of 5, most of us in big cities, are fluent in English, Hindi and our regional mother tongue
An Indian can easily be quad if your mother tongue isn't Hindi, English or Regional. For Ex. A Gujarati in Maharashtra can speak 4 languages. 3 taught in school (Marathi, Hindi and English) + mother tongue (Gujarati).
Also, penta, with one optional foreign language like French, Spanish, German or Russian etc or even optional Sanskrit.
Correction : Most well to do people in big cities are fluent in English, not most of the population. Most of the population doesn't have access to proper English education and english is not spoken at their homes.

Even if many hindus are non vegetarian, shockingly there are so many limitation like not eating meat during festivals and on some days in weeks. And they eat very limited animals like chicken, mutton,fish majorly. That's the reason why we have the least meat consumption in the world. 😯

Good for health I would say. As protein diet takes a lot on your body to digest and assimilate and simple vegitarian food (not heavy masala) gives your liver than resting period it needs.
we as tamilians have one month called "purattasi" in which we strictly adhere to a vegetarian diet..its because in tamilnadu during that month there is intense heat waves and non veg will not be good for health and digestion at that time...so to prevent any bodily pblms we avoid meat during that month
If you see how saffron is farmed you'll know why it's that pricey.
Actually, everyone is allowed to volunteer (seva) for the langar. But some other types of volunteering like reciting hymns might take longer. Also important to note that golden Temple is the most prestigious temple for sikhs hence wait times here are not usual to other temples in comparison.
I love to watch these kind of videos because it educate me a lot about my own country.

Volunteering for langar in Golden temple doesn't have waiting list. It is the service in the main temple, inside the actual golden part, or the complete recitation of the Scripture, Guru Granth sahib which needs to be booked in advace and has a long waiting list.

There is no wait time to Volunteer at Harmandir Saheb, you probably just went at busy time. Also, there is a limit of currency in each country that you can take out with you, here in USA as well, but no one will say anything for few rupees. You got that right Jaby, most people in India communicate with Hindi and English (and Punjabi in my case)🙂
