    Soil Based Probiotics
    There has been a lot of buzz and confusion around soil-based probiotics: Are they safe? Should I take probiotics that are soil-based? When to take probiotics that are soil-based? and many more. More people are wanting to take the right probiotics to improve their gut microbiome and overall gut health, but with all this information out, it can be very tricky. In this video, I'll start by answering "what are probiotics and what are soil-based probiotics?" then explain how the different types of bacteria, such as clostridium butyricum, may be more or less beneficial, and what the research shows for certain kinds of bacteria, and when it may not be a good idea to take a probiotic supplement. Hopefully, this will help guide you into finding forms of probiotics that will work for you and improve your gut health. Enjoy!

    Do soil-based probiotics help treat depression?

    • @OswaldDigestiveClinic
      @OswaldDigestiveClinic  Před rokem +2

      They could help! There are many other possible root causes for depression too, like nutrient deficiencies, life situation, food / general diet, hormones, thyroid health, etc. I’m guessing with Crohns, nutrient deficiencies will be top of the list to look at, and what we could do to improve your gut with Crohns. Checkout our Google review of other clients who came to us with Crohns and they improvement they found :)
